MISSION: To be a benchmark in the development of software as a service (SaaS) available on the Internet, providing technological solutions in the environmental sector, managing resources efficiently and contributing to global sustainability, collaborating with administrations, companies and society.

VISION: To be the leading platform for circular economy and environmental management at international level.

The security policy of TEIMAS Global S.L. has as its main objective to protect the information assets.

Security is a commitment of the Company and an individual responsibility of each member of the group, which must be reflected in concrete actions that reflect internally and externally an image of TEIMAS Global S.L., which is identified with the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information under its responsibility.

For this reason, it directs its actions to ensure that:

  • The information is protected against loss of availability, confidentiality and integrity.
  • The information is protected against unauthorised access.
  • Applicable legal requirements are met.
  • Business requirements regarding the security of information and information systems are met.
  • Security incidents are reported and dealt with appropriately.
  • Procedures are established to comply with this Policy.
  • The ISMS manager will be responsible for maintaining this policy and procedures and for providing support in their implementation.
  • The heads of each business area will be responsible for implementing this Policy and its corresponding procedures within their department.
  • Each employee is responsible for complying with this Policy and its procedures as applicable to his or her job.

The objectives of the Security Policy at the strategic level are as follows:

  • To ensure that staff are aware of and understand the issues associated with information security and that they assume and are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
  • To provide guidance for establishing the standards, procedures and security measures for developing an ISMS.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of the information that customers and suppliers deposit and store in their information systems.
  • Maximise the availability and quality of the services you provide to your customers.
  • Reduce or eliminate the hazards and risks inherent in its activities through continuous improvement of safety performance in its processes, products and services.
  • Ensure that current and future operations and processes comply with current legislation on information security.
  • To keep the current Policy, as well as future developments of the Policy, available to interested parties

This ISMS Policy will serve as a framework for the establishment of the annual Objectives, and for their revision. It will be reviewed periodically in order to verify its adequacy to the actual way of acting of the Company. In order to be known by the interested parties of the Company, the Security Policy will be publicly displayed on the TEIMAS Global S.L. website.

Declaración formal de cumplimiento

1.k) La entidad productora del sistema informático a que se refiere esta declaración responsable hace constar que dicho sistema informático, en la versión indicada en ella, cumple con lo dispuesto en el artículo 29.2.j) de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, en el Reglamento que establece los requisitos que deben adoptar los sistemas y programas informáticos o electrónicos que soporten los procesos de facturación de empresarios y profesionales, y la estandarización de formatos de los registros de facturación, aprobado por el Real Decreto 1007/2023, de 5 de diciembre, en la Orden HAC/1177/2024, de 17 de octubre, y en la sede electrónica de la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria para todo aquello que complete las especificaciones de dicha orden.

TEIMAS GLOBAL, S.L. declara bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad que el sistema informático de facturación descrito (Teixo), en la versión identificada, CUMPLE con todos los requisitos y obligaciones dispuestos en:

  • El artículo 29.2.j) de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria.
  • El Reglamento que regula las obligaciones de facturación (Real Decreto 1619/2012).
  • El Reglamento de requisitos de los sistemas informáticos de facturación (Real Decreto 1007/2023).
  • Las especificaciones técnicas y funcionales desarrolladas en la Orden HAC/1177/2024 y en la sede electrónica de la AEAT.

Específicamente, el sistema garantiza la integridad, conservación, accesibilidad, legibilidad, trazabilidad e inalterabilidad de los registros de facturación, sin interpolaciones, omisiones o alteraciones de las que no quede la debida anotación en los registros de eventos del propio sistema.
