She also created the customer success team to verify first-hand the concerns of the companies they serve, and designed the company's product roadmap, having the opportunity to coordinate business, product and technology areas for several years to ensure that they are aligned with each other and with the company's goals. In Vázquez's own words: “These 13 years at TEIMAS have prepared me for the stage as CEO that I am now beginning. I start this phase with great enthusiasm and I have a great team at my side, with a lot of knowledge in their respective areas. The challenge is great and so is the enthusiasm,” she says.

This CPEIG award recognises Cristina Vázquez's outstanding leadership at the head of TEIMAS. With a strong background in computer engineering, Vázquez has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead teams and develop innovative solutions in the field of waste management. In addition, her strategic vision and commitment to sustainability have been fundamental to driving the company's current international growth and expansion.
